Gold's Hall of Fame countdown is back!

Gold will count down your Top 300 favourite songs across the final August weekend, playing the greatest hits of all time as chosen by you.

The countdown will air on Saturday August 28, Sunday August 29 and Monday August 30.

From this Saturday (August 28), you'll hear all 300 songs, as voted for by you in your thousands!

The schedule is as follows:

Saturday 28th:

  • David Andrews: 10am to 12pm
  • James Bassam: 12pm to 4pm

Sunday 29th:

  • David Andrews: 9am to 12pm
  • James Bassam: 12pm to 4pm

Monday 30th:

  • David Andrews: 9am to 12pm
  • James Bassam: 12pm to 4pm

Monday's finale will then be followed by a special Great British '60s Invasion celebration from 4pm to 7pm

Last year, Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' was victorious, beating John Lennon's 'Imagine' and Simon & Garfunkel's 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' to the top spot after thousands of votes.
