The unlikely collaborators will play two final shows together in August.

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett will play two final shows together in August.

Gaga confirmed on Twitter that the performances would take place at Radio City Music Hall on August 3 and 5.

Tickets go on sale via Live Nation this Thursday, July 22 at 10am ET.

Promoters have said that the concert will be Bennett's last ever in his native New York.

The singer's family revealed earlier this year that the 94-year-old had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2016.

When talking about his illness in February, Bennett's family also confirmed that Gaga and Bennett had recorded a new album together.

According to AARP, the record was apparently put together between 2018 and 2020, in the gap between Gaga's promotional duties for A Star is Born and the recording of her sixth studio album Chromatica.

"The new LP offers lush, gorgeous duets, with both singers in superb voice," according to journalist. John Colapinto.

Bennett and Gaga first hooked up in the studio way back in 2011 to record a version of 'The Lady Is A Tramp' for Bennett's Duets II album.

They followed it up with the album Cheek to Cheek in 2014 and went out on the road for a co-headlining tour.

The concert TV special Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga: Cheek to Cheek Live! was recorded at the Rose Theater of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and broadcast the same year, later getting a DVD release.
